After the recent NFL Draft weekend, the New Orleans Saints signed Dallin Holker, a tight end from Colorado State, as an undrafted free agent.
- Holker’s college journey began at BYU after graduating high school in 2019, but he struggled to secure a significant role in the offense upon his return from a Mormon mission trip in 2021. Consequently, he transferred to CSU before the 2023 season.
During his time at CSU in 2023, Holker emerged as a team captain and distinguished himself as a finalist for the prestigious Mackey Award, recognizing the top tight end in FBS annually. He garnered first team All-Mountain West honors for his exceptional performance, setting a new single-season record for touchdown catches by a tight end at CSU with six, in addition to amassing 64 receptions for 767 yards. Holker also demonstrated versatility with a rushing touchdown against San Diego State. His college tenure concluded with impressive statistics: 106 receptions, 1288 yards, and nine touchdowns.
Looking ahead, NFL Rookie Minicamps are scheduled to occur either from May 3-6 or May 10-13 this spring.
