However, Andy Staples of On3 has notably ranked them in the top 10, placing them at No. 10 in his post-spring portal rankings, making them the highest-ranked team from the Big 12. Other Big 12 representatives in the rankings include Utah at No. 15 and Oklahoma State at No. 23.

The upcoming 2024 season for Kansas State promises excitement, with key additions from the transfer portal and Johnson’s anticipated debut as the full-time starter.
