Allen even played a role in recruiting Valdes-Scantling, inviting him over for dinner to discuss his potential fit in the offense. Valdes-Scantling appreciated the personal outreach from Allen and emphasized their immediate connection.
Allen is impressed by Valdes-Scantling’s football intelligence and is keen on building a strong rapport with him.
