Baylor Bears Set To Land Another Commitment of Talented Stars

Baylor is gearing up to commence their official visit schedule this weekend, having chosen not to host any prospects during the initial weekend of June. With the 2025 recruiting class of the Bears facing setbacks due to several departures and the commitment of many top targets to other programs, the team aims to regain their position as the top-ranked class in the Big 12.

Recent reports indicate that highly regarded tight end Kiotti Armstrong, ranked in the top-100, will kick off his series of official visits with a trip to Waco. Baylor’s staff has been actively monitoring Armstrong at Jasper (Tex.)

High during the spring, culminating in the 6-foot-6 tight end scheduling a visit to Baylor late in his recruitment process. Following his visit to Baylor, Armstrong’s itinerary includes stops at Auburn, Texas A&M, LSU, and Texas.

Additionally, four-star wide receiver Tanook Hines has been on Baylor’s radar since they offered him in December. He has remained a priority despite interest from powerhouse programs like Notre Dame, USC, and Georgia. Having already visited Athens and Arizona State, Baylor will be Hines’ first in-state official visit, potentially being his only one if he opts out of exploring Texas further.
