Bills QB Josh Allen Reveals Change After Career-Worst Turnover Season

For Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, the offseason is a time to rest and retool.

This year, he’s taking a high-tech approach.

Allen told reporters this week that he has been working on fixing the mechanics of his throwing motion after an early injury in 2023 forced him to adjust. The Bills quarterback admitted that he needed to make some improvements after throwing a career-high 18 interceptions, so worked with a sports science company to improve the efficiency of his motion.
