The Syracuse Orange Class of ’25 has expanded to 25 members following the announcement of defensive lineman Eric “EJ” Thomas committing to ‘Cuse on Tuesday night.
Thomas, a 6’5″, 325 lbs. prospect from East Lee County High School in Lehigh Acres, FL, holds a three-star rating from 247 Sports and is ranked among the top 80 defensive linemen in his class. (Ed. Note: He wears size 20 cleats!!!)
EJ received 19 Division 1 offers, including from Georgia, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Missouri, Ole Miss, and South Carolina.

With this addition, Syracuse’s recruiting class of 2025 now ranks #20 by 247, featuring notable talents such as QB Luke Carney, EDGE Sharlandiin Strange, IOL Byron Washington, and three local standouts, including top New York State prospect WR Darien Williams.
