Will Dan Lanning pull a fast one on Ryan Day?
When the Ohio State Buckeyes secured a commitment from 5-star wide receiver Chris Henry Jr. in July 2023, it was clear that Ryan Day would need to put in extra effort to ensure he stayed committed. While Henry has no intention of flipping to Michigan, another Big Ten team seems to be gaining his interest.
Last weekend, Henry visited Eugene for an unofficial trip to meet with Dan Lanning and the Oregon Ducks. In a conversation with 247’s Tom Loy, Henry reiterated his commitment to Ohio State but acknowledged that Oregon made a strong impression on him during his visit.
While the Buckeyes will still be hard to beat, the Ducks are definitely making things intriguing.
