Ben Skowronek, wide receiver for the Pittsburgh Steelers, married Brianna Stroup on March 1 at the Nobu Hotel Los Cabos in a stunning beachfront ceremony. The couple, who had been dating for three seasons, first met while attending Northwestern University in 2018.
Cabo San Lucas holds special significance for the pair, as it was the destination for their first vacation together after the Rams’ Super Bowl victory in 2022. Skowronek played three seasons with the Rams from 2021 to 2023.
Skowronek joined the Steelers as a practice squad addition in August. Although he missed some time due to shoulder and hip injuries, he quickly became a key contributor on special teams and later evolved into a versatile blocker within Arthur Smith’s offense.
Ben Skowronek is currently a free agent and has the freedom to sign with any team of his choice. However, he played a significant role with the Steelers this season, and there’s a possibility that both he and the team could be interested in a reunion in 2025. Given his contributions on special teams and as a versatile blocker in the offense, his potential return to Pittsburgh could be a strong consideration for both sides.
