The Pittsburgh Steelers have re-signed defensive lineman Isaiahh Loudermilk to a one-year contract, ensuring his continued presence on their defensive line.
Loudermilk, 27, joined the Steelers in 2021 as a fifth-round draft pick from the University of Wisconsin. Over his four-year tenure with Pittsburgh, he has participated in 58 games, starting five, and has accumulated 63 tackles, one sack, and six passes defensed. In the 2024 season, he played in all 17 regular-season games, recording 17 tackles and contributing significantly on special teams with 156 snaps.
His consistent performance, especially in rotational roles and special teams, has made him a valuable asset to the Steelers’ defensive lineup. The re-signing allows Loudermilk to continue contributing alongside key defensive figures like Cameron Heyward and Keeanu Benton.
While the Steelers have made several adjustments to their defensive roster, including releasing veteran starter Larry Ogunjobi and signing former Patriots starter Daniel Ekuale, Loudermilk’s return provides stability and depth to the defensive line as the team approaches the upcoming season.
The Steelers are keeping depth along the defensive line with Loudermilk staying in town as he’ll play behind Cameron Heyward.
