Major Breaking: Buffalo Bills Makes Huge Announcement On Big Signing Of $12 Million Talented All-star Player

The Buffalo Bills fell short once again in the 2024 NFL season. Despite making it to the AFC Championship Game and having a legitimate shot at defeating the Kansas City Chiefs, the Bills ultimately came up short and lost.

Once again, the Bills missed their opportunity to secure a spot in the Super Bowl.

Josh Allen and the Bills have one goal in mind: championship or bust. With that focus, Buffalo entered the offseason determined to be aggressive and make moves to strengthen their roster.

Joey Bosa was brought in during NFL free agency, and if he can stay healthy, he has the potential to be the missing piece that elevates the defense. However, his addition may also push other players out of roles they were hoping to keep, possibly creating some tension or uncertainty within the roster.

Given the changes and roster adjustments, the Bills are definitely a team to watch for a potential trade before or during the upcoming 2025 NFL Draft. With their championship aspirations and the need to fine-tune their roster, they may look to make a move that further strengthens their chances.

Buffalo Bills Could Make Big $12 Million Trade Before NFL Draft

Fox Sports analyst Ralph Vacchiano has pointed out that linebacker A.J. Epenesa could be on the move this offseason. The $12 million pass rusher could attract interest from teams around the league if the Bills decide to make him available.

“He’s in the final year of a two-year, $12 million contract extension, but he just watched as his team signed Joey Bosa (one year, $12.6 million) and gave Greg Rousseau a four-year, $80 million extension,” Vacchiano wrote. “If the Bills aren’t willing to commit big money to Epenesa, perhaps one of the many teams in need of an edge rusher will show interest in his consistent six sacks per season. It also helps that this draft is filled with talented edge rushers, which could offer the Bills an immediate replacement if they decide to move on.”

Epenesa had a solid 2024 NFL season, appearing in all 17 games. He recorded 39 total tackles, six sacks, two forced fumbles, and two defended passes. At 26 years old, he’s proven he can make an impact on the field, making him a potentially valuable asset for any team in need of an edge rusher.

It will definitely be intriguing to see what direction Buffalo takes with A.J. Epenesa. Given the team’s depth at edge rusher and the contract situation, he could very well be a prime trade candidate if the Bills look to free up cap space or acquire additional assets. His consistent production could make him an appealing option for teams in need of a pass rusher.

If the Bills decide to make A.J. Epenesa available, it’s likely they’d have several teams showing interest. His ability to consistently produce six sacks per season, along with his age and potential upside, would make him an attractive trade target for teams in need of edge-rushing help. A few teams could definitely see him as a valuable addition to their defensive front.
