Bills head coach Sean McDermott confirm 4 players are now ruled out ahead of Dolphins clash

During his weekly appearance on WGR550, Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott stated that the fullback will be sidelined for Sunday’s game against the Dolphins because of a hip injury.

Wide receivers Amari Cooper (wrist) and Curtis Samuel (pectoral), cornerback Christian Benford (wrist), and linebacker Terrel Bernard have all had limited participation in practice this week. The team is assessing their status on a daily basis for the upcoming game on Sunday.

“We’ll just have to see with those guys,” McDermott said.

Cooper, Samuel, and Benford are all considered questionable for Week 9, while McDermott is optimistic that Bernard “should be good to go” for Sunday’s game.

Additionally, McDermott confirmed that LB Von Miller will return to play against the Dolphins after serving a four-game suspension.

The Bills will provide an updated injury report following Friday’s practice.
