Allen broke a record long held by former Bills QB Joe Ferguson
Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has taken sole ownership of the second-most passing touchdowns in franchise history, surpassing Joe Ferguson’s record of 181. True to his style, Allen’s latest standout moment came with a spectacular 63-yard touchdown connection to rookie running back Ray Davis against the Miami Dolphins.
Achieving this milestone, Allen now holds the franchise record with 182 passing touchdowns, reaching this mark just halfway through his seventh season. He now sets his sights on Hall of Famer Jim Kelly, who holds the record with 237 career passing touchdowns. Currently, Allen is 55 touchdowns behind Kelly.
The question now is not if, but when Allen will reach the impressive totals set by Kelly.
