The Bills have signed another major player to a reserve/futures deal.

The Buffalo Bills announced on Tuesday that they have signed punter Jake Camarda to a reserve/future contract for 2025.

A reserve/futures contract gives teams exclusive rights to a player who wasn’t on a 53-man roster at the end of the previous season, including practice squad players and free agents.

Camarda, 25, hails from Norcross, Georgia, and was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft. He earned NFC Special Teams Player of the Month honors in September 2023 and finished the season with an impressive 50-yard average per punt.

The Bucs released Camarda in October during the 2024 season.

He played at the University of Georgia from 2018 to 2021, earning First-team All-SEC honors twice (2020, 2021) and being named the 2020 Special Teams Player of the Year.
