The Kansas City Chiefs stunned everyone with a lopsided defeat to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX. Despite entering the game as favorites after winning consecutive Super Bowls in 2022 and 2023, the Chiefs lost 40-22.
Despite their experience and a star-packed roster led by quarterback Patrick Mahomes, the Chiefs couldn’t secure the Lombardi Trophy.
After the blowout loss for the Chiefs, the Buffalo Bills’ official social media account posted a message.
The Bills posted, “The journey to next year starts NOW.”
The Bills shared a graphic of quarterback Josh Allen and company staring down the Lombardi Trophy pasted on Levis Stadium, where the 2024 Super Bowl will be held.
